The Club has many NEW projects and would like your help to complete them.

New proposed project Jagapati Village Turning Pig waste into Biogas
The Village of Jagapati has one of the highest densities of pig farmers in Bali with hundreds of pig farms, each allowed to have a maximum of 25 pigs.
The Village head or Kepala Desa has asked for help to find a solution to the pig waste which is currently dumped directly into the street ditches or water ways that flow through the village farms known as subak. The water is highly contaminated and is used as a source of water for animals, farms, and bathing. Rotarian Fenix has taken water samples for testing and we are awaiting the results of his findings.
